Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or broken in transit. We don't accept returns for change of mind, or for items that have been used.

Video proof is required. To make a claim, you'll need an unedited video of the parcel being opened, starting with the sealed package and clearly showing the damage. Please record your unboxing. Without it we can't process the claim.

To start a claim, email support@layerdlab.in with your order number and the video. We'll reply within 48 hours.

Replacements

Approved claims are replaced with the same item at no cost to you, shipping included. We don't issue refunds as a matter of course. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we'll offer an alternative of equal value, store credit, or a refund, your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email support@layerdlab.in and we'll take care of it.
